I've used the Dr. Hauschka Normalising Day Oil for four months now. I was using it to treat my oily and acne skin condition, but I think it's finally "normalised". Prior to using Hauschka, the cleaners I used would dry out my skin, strip away all the oil, and I would wake up the next morning with oily skin. As the experts at Hauschka explains it, the stripping of the skin's natural oils cause the sebum, to work extra hard to produce even more oil. By applying a natural non-greasy oil to the skin, it stops the over-production of oil. Nowadays, my skin is mostly normal, but a bit on the dry side because of the freezing weather and chilling winds in Brighton.
